🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Cartnify, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

We accept returns/replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused and in original packaging

🔄 Replacement Policy

If your product is eligible, we will provide a free replacement at no extra cost.


💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for replacement
  • Customer received a wrong or defective item and replacement is not possible

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Used or damaged products (by customer)
  • Items without original packaging

🚫 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be processed for shipping.
