Refund policy

We deliver across India. COD available. Delivery time: 3-6 business days. Tracking shared via WhatsApp/Email.

7-Day Return: Email business.cartnify@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with Order ID + photo/video.

Eligible: Wrong product/size, damaged in transit, manufacturing defect. Must be unused, unwashed, original packaging.

Not Eligible: Used, washed, clearance items.

Refund: After QC check, 5-7 business days. Prepaid to original method, COD via Bank/UPI. Shipping non-refundable unless our fault.

Exchange: One free exchange for size issue within 7 days (stock permitting).

We collect only name, phone, address, email to process orders. We don't sell data. Contact us at business.cartnify@gmail.com to opt-out.
