Shipping Policy - Cartnify

1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India. Currently we do not ship outside India.

2. Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery time is 3-6 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer in remote areas.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout. Free shipping offers apply automatically when available.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery)
COD is available across India. COD orders may require phone confirmation via call/WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious COD orders.

5. Tracking
Once shipped, tracking ID and courier name will be shared via Email/WhatsApp. You can track your order using the tracking link.

6. Delays
Delivery delays due to courier, weather, strikes, or wrong address are beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please email us.

7. Wrong Address / RTO
If delivery fails due to wrong address, unavailability, or refusal to accept COD, the order will be returned to us (RTO). For re-shipment, you may need to pay shipping charges again.
